This app is terrible. Completely useless. Wont show you any of the content in the class folders. I seriously would never want to submit assignments or complete discussion questions on an app like this, the only reason I would want to use it is to look up what I need to be reading so I dont have to get out my laptop. Cant even do it on the mobile site! What a joke. How much are these universities paying you for this terrible technology????

The app just loads endlessly

It is a good app, but needs to be optimized for iPhone 7... loads extremely slow compared to iPhone 5s... needs fix

This app has been really useful and I really like using it. However, recently its been acting up and it hasnt been loading. It also crashes a lot. I have never had this problem before and I really want to keep using this app. Please fix this.

App does not work and needs updating. Was a good app to begin with, but now it is useless. Classes are not showing up because the app has not been updated to support the new BB.

This app has helped me on the go. But since it has randomly signed me out and keeps telling me I have the wrong email and password, I am not a fan anymore. I have the correct email and password, its been the same for over a year. Stop randomly signing people out. Fix yourself blackboard.

This app used to be great. It was a way to easily access stuff from my classes without going to the website and logging on. But for the past week it just has a buffering wheel where my classes should be, and my classes never load! I have tried restarting my device and the app and my classes still wont load! I also tried logging out and then logging back in, but when I hit "continue" to log in, it gives me another buffering wheel.

The app itself only opens maybe a third of the time. The rest of the time is just sits and looks like its loading. Has the potential to be a great asset to my classes, but needs a major overhaul.

I didnt mind this app before - it was a quick and easy way to access my schoolwork. I didnt (and still dont) like that it crashes, will not let me save typed submissions in the app, or that it does not open documents sometimes. Now, however, it adds the extra annoyance of having to sign in every time the app is reopened. Will keep using out of necessity, but please fix the issues!

This app used to be great, but since the new iPhone update its useless. I wish they would update this app :-(

App isnt as smooth and easy to use as it could. Some things dont display like they do on the computer. Please utilize finger print scanning for quick log in!

I go to get on the app from my home screen, and it goes onto the app, but it never loads or pops up my classes! And on the rare occurrences where it does load my classes, it never loads the documents! Definitely need to fix this. So many issues with this app.

I only use for checking grades and announcements. Class email, discussion boards and document viewing takes forever and is virtually useless. No excuse in this age of app functionality.

Lots of bugs

I love having the app on my phone but I wish that emails sent through blackboard would send a notification to your phone. A bunch of students came to class today after the teacher sent an email through blackboard that class was cancelled...very annoying!

As you can see, no one likes this app, and rightly so: the creators of this app literally have no idea how to develop software. But were talking about the developers of Blackboard… and if youre a college student, you know exactly how terrible their products are. Everything you could possibly hate about an app is included in this thing, like still not supporting the larger iPhones or not being able to open conventional files. Dont waste your time downloading this thing. Surprisingly enough, their horrible web app is still better.

Buggy

This app would be great if it actually worked how its supposed to. Its easier to go on safari and go to blackboards website than try and use this app.
