Extremely glitchy and only somewhat useful

This app is only moderately helpful. It doesnt properly load anything. I frequently cannot load announcements, documents, submit assignments or see my grades. If I can see my grades, I can only see one page of grades on any Apple product (meaning I cannot scroll in the app or in Safari on my iPad or iPhone). Blackboard hasnt figured out how to use the scroll option in their software. Its very frustrating that so many universities and colleges use such dreadful software.
The only way to describe it as useful is that its slightly better than having no software. But you waste so much time trying to access the materials added by your instructors you are left questioning the purpose.

Blackboard: we are trying to use your software to learn, please fix it!!
